The Toronto Marlies will close out their 3-in-3 weekend on Sunday afternoon when they host the Rockford IceHogs at Ricoh Coliseum at 3pm. This will be the first of two match-ups between the two teams, and the only visit Rockford will be making to Toronto.

On Saturday, the Marlies fell 4-1 to the Rochester Americans at Ricoh Coliseum. Connor Brown scored his first professional goal for the Marlies in the loss. With the defeat, the Marlies go 2-2 through the first four games of the season.

The Toronto Marlies defeated the Rockford IceHogs by a score of 3-2 at BMO Harris Bank Center on Monday afternoon for Martin Luther King Jr. Day in Rockford. Spencer Abbott had three points in the game, including a goal and two assists, while T.J. Brennan and Greg McKegg also tallied a goal and an assist each.

The Toronto Marlies (22-11-2-2) take on the Rockford IceHogs (18-18-4-2) today at 2:00 pm ET in their final match-up this season for Martin Luther King Jr. Day at BMO Harris Bank Center in Rockford. The last time these two teams met was on October 23rd, 2013 at Ricoh Coliseum where the Marlies fell 3-2 to the IceHogs.
