The Toronto Marlies close out their busy three-in-three weekend with an afternoon tilt against the Rochester Americans on Sunday afternoon at Ricoh Coliseum. This will be the fourth of 10 match-ups between the two teams this season.

This will also be the last game of a three-in-three for the Americans. They come into town following a 2-0 shutout loss to the Syracuse Crunch on the road Saturday night. Andrey Makarov made 33 saves in the losing effort. With a record of 9-13-1-0, Rochester sits 4th in the North Division.

The Toronto Marlies are back on the ice taking on the Rochester Americans on the road tonight at 7pm. This will be the third of ten match-ups between the two teams this season. The last time the Marlies and Americans faced off was on November 1st at home, where the Marlies defeated the Americans 3-1.

The Toronto Marlies return to the ice after a week off to welcome the Rochester Americans at 5pm at Ricoh Coliseum for Leafs Nation Day. This will be the second of ten match-ups between the two teams this season.

The Americans are coming off of a 3-0 shutout win over the Syracuse Crunch on the road on Friday night. With the win, the Americans have improved to 6-2-0-0 and are two points behind the Utica Comets for top spot in the North Division.

The busy weekend for the Marlies continues as the team will play their second game of their three-in-three this weekend when they host the Rochester Americans at 3pm on RogersTV.

Toronto is coming off of a 3-2 overtime victory on Friday evening in Hamilton against the Bulldogs. Patrick Watling, Josh Leivo and Spencer Abbott all tallied their first goals of the season in the victory with Abbott tallying the game-winning goal in overtime. Antoine Bibeau earned his first win of the season, making 29 saves in the victory.

The Toronto Marlies (44-25-2-4) finish off the regular season at home as they host the Rochester Americans (37-27-6-5) today at 3pm for Fan Appreciation Day.

The Americans officially clinched a playoff berth earlier this week and are coming off of a 5-1 victory over the Syracuse Crunch at home on Saturday evening. Phil Varone leads the team in scoring with 61 points over 68 games this season.
