This Sunday, the Marlies will once again be saluting our troops by hosting their annual Canadian Armed Forces Appreciation on March 2nd versus the Lake Erie Monsters. Over 300 troops will be attending the game along with their families as the Marlies honour the men and women of our armed forces. Following the game, the troops will be invited onto the ice to take a group photo with the Marlies.

The Toronto Marlies held their annual media day on Wednesday morning at MasterCard Centre for Hockey Excellence prior to practice. The players were filmed and photographed, all in preparation for the upcoming season.

After a first round sweep of the Western Conference Quarter Finals, here is a little Marlies info to wet your whistle before round 2.

Toronto’s 3-2 overtime win in-game 3 of the 1st round vs Rochester provided them with a sweep over the Americans in the first round, for the second straight post-season.
