Yes, the Marlies play in Peoria.
Yes, I have six things to share with you ahead of the game.
Yes, one will involve a bus reference.

  • Why not get it out of the way early: since the captain took the cab ride to Air Canada Centre (extending his NHL stint by playing with the Leafs on Saturday night) he will not be joining the Marlies on their Sunday bus trip to Peoria
  • Toronto’s win over Milwaukee marked the seventh consecutive game in which the club has collected at least a point (5-0-0-1) – the club went ten straight games earlier this season
  • In a spectacular feat of amazingness, the Grand Rapids Griffins came back from a three goal deficit to defeat Lake Erie on Saturday, meaning the Marlies were unable to surpass them for the conference’s second spot… yet
  • For only the second time this season, Greg Scott has goals in back-t0-back games – he has five points in as many outings
  • Peoria has won four of their last five but currently sit 13th in the East
  • Tune into all the action starting at 6pm on AHL Live
