The Toronto Marlies (13-9-1-0) take on the St. John’s IceCaps (15-10-1-2) at Ricoh Coliseum today at 3pm. This will be the second of four match-ups between the two teams this season and the final match-up at home against the IceCaps for the Marlies this year.

Last night, the IceCaps were in Hamilton taking on the Bulldogs where they earned a 3-0 shutout for their third straight win. Jussi Olkinuora earned his first career shutout in the victory. Eric O’Dell scored his 12th goal of the season and continues to lead the team in scoring with 28 points over 27 games.

The Marlies last game was on Friday evening, also against the Bulldogs in Hamilton in a 4-1 win over their division rivals. Kory Nagy scored his first goal with the Marlies in the victory, while Spencer Abbott notched three points with a goal and an assist to earn first star honours in the game. Abbott now leads the team in scoring with 25 points over 22 games played.
