The Toronto Marlies (24-13-2-2) host the Lake Erie Monsters (17-20-0-3) this evening at Ricoh Coliseum to close out their third game in three days this weekend.

The Monsters hosted the Hamilton Bulldogs at Quicken Loans Arena where they fell 6-2, dropping their 7th straight game. Karl Stollery notched an assist and has five points over his last five games. With a record of 17-20-03, the Monsters sit fourth in the North Division.

The Marlies fell to the Chicago Wolves 2-1 yesterday afternoon at Ricoh Coliseum. T.J. Brennan scored the lone goal for the Marlies and continues to lead the AHL in scoring for a defenceman.

This will be the fourth of eight match-ups between the Marlies and Monsters this season. The last time these two teams faced off was on December 5th in Cleveland, where the Marlies dropped the decision 2-1.
