The Toronto Marlies (41-21-2-4) return home to host the Rochester Americans (32-27-6-4) today at 3pm for their eighth of 10 meetings this season.

The Americans hosted the Binghamton Senators last night where they came away with a 4-3 victory, winning their second game in a row to keep their pursuit of the playoffs alive. With the win, the Americans are one point out of eighth place for the final playoff spot in the Western Conference.

The Marlies return home following a 5-1 loss to the Comets in Utica last night. Peter Holland scored the lone goal for the Marlies. Despite the loss, the Marlies have officially clinched a berth in the 2014 Calder Cup Playoffs with Charlotte’s loss to the San Antonio Rampage in regulation last night. The Marlies will look lock up their third straight North Division title against the Americans this afternoon.
