It’s a must-win game for the Toronto Marlies to keep their playoff run alive as Game 6 of the Western Conference Finals between the Marlies and Texas Stars is set for tonight at 8:30pm at Cedar Park Center in Texas.

The Stars currently lead the series 3-2 after defeating the Marlies in a close 2-1 win on Saturday afternoon in Toronto. The Marlies opened the scoring thanks to Spencer Abbott’s 4th goal of the playoffs but were unable to find the scoresheet again. Texas outshot Toronto 33-18 and went 0-for-3 on the powerplay. Game 7, if necessary, will take place on Tuesday night also in Texas.

Puck drop is at 8:30 pm ET, catch all of the action on LeafsTV. Don’t forget to follow the official Marlies Twitter account (@TorontoMarlies) and join us for the #MarliesLive live chat. We’ll be looking for the #MarliesLive Tweet of the Night and the winner will take home 4 tickets to a Marlies home game. There’s just a few rules and regs you need to know about so read them here.

“One game at a time”. “do or die”, “there’s no tomorrow”, “it’s now or never”, “backs against the wall”, did I forget any? Good luck Marlies.
