The Toronto Marlies (25-13-2-2) are in Oklahoma City to take on the Barons (16-22-1-5) in the first of only two match-ups between the two teams this season.

The Barons currently sit last in the West Division and are coming off a 9-3 loss against the Charlotte Checkers on the road last Friday. The American Hockey League announced their roster today for the 2014 AHL All-Star Classic, which will take place on February 11-12 in St. John’s. T.J. Brennan will be representing the Marlies on this year’s squad as they take on Färjestad BK of the Swedish Hockey League in both the Skills Competition and All-Star game.

The Toronto Marlies (18-10-2-1) will host the Syracuse Crunch (13-14-1-3) tonight at Ricoh Coliseum in their first game of 2014. This will be the first of two match-ups between the two teams this season. Last season, the Marlies went 1-1 against the Crunch. The SiriusXM Hockeytown Winter Festival has come and gone and it was an event to remember.
