The Toronto Marlies will complete their 8-game road stand tonight s they visit the Hamilton Bulldogs at 7:30pm on AHL Live. This will be the third of 12 match-ups between the two teams this season.

The Bulldogs are coming off of a 3-2 loss in Utica to the Comets on Wednesday evening. With a record of 6-8-2-0, the Bulldogs are fourth in the North Division.

The Toronto Marlies won’t have long to earn redemption as they face the St. John’s IceCaps once again on Wednesday night at the Mile One Centre following a 2-0 shutout against the team the night before.

Patrice Cormier scored the game winner on a short-handed effort late into the 2nd period, while IceCaps goalie Connor Hellebuyck earned his first pro shutout by stopping 23 shots. The Toronto Marlies are in St. John’s to take on the IceCaps in the first of back to back games on Tuesday evening at the Mile One Centre. This will be the first of four match-ups between the two teams this season. Last year, the Marlies went 3-0-0-1 against the IceCaps in the season series.

The Toronto Marlies will have to shake off their 6-1 loss to the Rochester Americans on Friday night as they travel to Lehigh Valley to take on the Phantoms on Saturday evening for a 7pm tilt at the PPL Center. This will be the first of only two meetings between the two teams this season.

The Toronto Marlies begin their eight-game road trip with a swing in Texas, starting in Cedar Park as they face the Texas Stars at 8:30pm on Wednesday night. The Toronto Marlies are back on the ice as they host their QEW Rivals, the Hamilton Bulldogs on Friday evening at 7pm at Ricoh Coliseum. This will be the 2nd of 12 match-ups between the two teams this season. The last time the North Division rivals met was a week ago in Hamilton, where they Marlies edged out the Bulldogs 3-2 in overtime at Copps Coliseum.

The Toronto Marlies will close out their 3-in-3 weekend on Sunday afternoon when they host the Rockford IceHogs at Ricoh Coliseum at 3pm. This will be the first of two match-ups between the two teams, and the only visit Rockford will be making to Toronto.

The busy weekend for the Marlies continues as the team will play their second game of their three-in-three this weekend when they host the Rochester Americans at 3pm on RogersTV.

Toronto is coming off of a 3-2 overtime victory on Friday evening in Hamilton against the Bulldogs. Patrick Watling, Josh Leivo and Spencer Abbott all tallied their first goals of the season in the victory with Abbott tallying the game-winning goal in overtime. Antoine Bibeau earned his first win of the season, making 29 saves in the victory.
