The Toronto Marlies (10-7-1-0) travel down the QEW to take on the Hamilton Bulldogs (9-8-0-3) for their fourth match-up this year. The last time these two teams met was on November 1st, where the Marlies lost to the Bulldogs 2-1 in overtime. The Marlies currently have a record of 2-0-1-0 against the Bulldogs this season.

The Bulldogs are coming off of a 6-3 loss to the Rochester Americans on the road this past Wednesday. Martin St. Pierre and Christian Thomas both had 3 points in the defeat. St. Pierre currently leads the team with 17 points over 17 games. The loss ended a 4-game winning streak for the Bulldogs. With a record of 9-8-0-3, the Bulldogs currently sit third in the North Division.

The Marlies are coming off of a 4-2 win over the San Antonio Rampage last Sunday in San Antonio. T.J. Brennan had two points on the night and currently leads the team in scoring with 21 points over 18 games. Christopher Gibson earned his first career AHL victory after being recalled from Orlando of the ECHL. The Marlies currently sit in first place in the North Division.
